This is an amazing piece of travel history of times gone by. Times when travelling was something only available for the happy few and they enjoyed this luxury in style. This leather and wood travelling case is lined with a seersucker motive cotton fabric and it has two removable inlays. There is a sublte little Dutch postage stamp dating from 1924 on the lid with Queen Wilhelmina on it, giving this travel case a subtle but unmistakable hint of its age.
