Mounted on – Piece of natural wood
Measures HxDxW –
Note – This bird died of natural causes in captivity and was mounted by a licensed (award-winning) taxidermist

The Budgerigar is one of the most common household pet birds around the world. They come in many color variations from blue to yellow, but this guy has the original coat of a wild Budgerigar. In the wild they ca be seen in big nomadic flocks in the red centre of the Australian Outback. Since this guy is quite a common bird it has also fallen victim to a lot of taxidermy gone wrong. This fellow though is very meticulosity mounted by a skilled taxidermist, which gives this little splash of color a very lifelike an alert appearance.
